We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with a significant customer and business interest and understanding, in combination with business and process optimization experience, to manage the daily support of customers and analysis and implementation of improvements. The position will be based in Copenhagen or Helsinki. You wil report to Senior Manager in Service Performance Management and be part of the team responsible for Service Performance and improvements in this area. Your success criteria’s will be: •To successfully build trusted relations and communicate to stakeholders across the value chain •To successfully identify and implement measureable process improvement opportunities and build new ways of working to increase efficiency •To successfully build standard models and documentation •Participate to fulfill the high set goal on day to day activities Key reponsibilities and tasks You will be responsible for efficient daily processes towards BtB customers and improving end-to-end process performance. You will be working in a Nordic team and focus on running improvements to advance customer experience.
