You will be working in our Danish headquarters in Smørum, just outside Copenhagen, Denmark. You support the continuous development of our business In your new position, you become part of William Demant’s HR function. We are +20 colleagues, the majority of which are located at the headquarters in Smørum, but additionally a few based in Poland and at our factory in Thisted. We are supporting an array of William Demant’s brands, E.G. Oticon and Oticon Medical. In your new position, you will focus on supporting Oticon Medical and the Oticon Sales- and Marketing department. You will be splitting this responsibility with a senior HR Business Partner who will help you handle your tasks and evolve in your role. You can look forward to a truly diverse and challenging working day, and summed up you will be handling the following: Act as support for the HR Business Partner responsible for Oticon Medical and the Oticon Sales- and Marketing department Perform with a strong business acumen towards the business customers Help to plan and execute the business strategy for the Sales and Marketing department Train and develop the different teams and managers Be a trusted advisor to management in ensuring efficiency in organizational change and adjustments Spar with management and individual on leadership tasks and processes Project management and implementation of HR projects You will be working closely together with the rest of the HR department in achieving your goals. Furthermore, you can expect a limited amount of travelling. Experience with HR from an international, commercial environment In order for you to be able to handle the challenges in this particular job, we expect you to hold a relevant education on MA-level, E.G. Cand.merc HRM or similar. On top of this, you have no less than 5 years of documented experience from working in an HR department in an international and commercially focused company. People would describe you as having sublime people skills, enabling you to engage with others in a direct, friendly and honest manner. In addition, you have a persistency, patience and great situational awareness, so you know when to be assertive and when to stand down.
