Muuwit is about to launch an online B2B e-commerce solution, which is digitizing the meat industry. Currently, we are experiencing a rapid growth and this is where we need you.   As our new Head of Operations, you will have the overall responsibility to keep our back office run smoothly. You will help creating Muuwit’s short- and long-term strategy and lead our international team according to that strategy. You will obtain a highly responsible role as a part of the management team. Additionally, you will get the chance to include your expertise and innovative ideas.   Particularly, you will be facing the following challenges:

• Define and follow-up on the company’s strategic goals 
• Drive the current business processes and improve the efficiency level 
• Be a sparring partner for our CEO 
•  Recruitment assistance, mainly within Sales and Customer Service 
• Operate and manage the daily back office operations   

The ideal candidate:

• You need to have a proven record of being a leader 
• You know how to motivate and inspire your employees 
•  You are a pro-active and an independent business person 
• You are passionate about your job and willing to go many extra miles in a promising start-up 
• You speak and write English on an expert level, Danish is not a necessity, but a nice-to-have 
• Ideally, you have a strong interest in e-commerce
