Customer Supply Chain Manager, Supply Operations, Bagsværd Supply Chain theory describes strong supply chain collaboration between companies as the ideal practice to establish and operate the most cost efficient and agile value chain. Could you imagine working for one of the largest companies in Denmark and do exactly what supply chain text books describe as the ideal practice? As Customer Supply Chain Manager, one of your main responsibilities will be to lead cross functional and cross organizational joint value chain programs with our largest customers, where we together with our customers find and implement the best ways to operate our joint supply chains. These programs have significant management attention. To deliver on these projects you will need to ensure a strong stakeholder and program management with your counterpart at the customer and with many academic representatives from functions within Novozymes, spanning from Sales, Marketing, Communication to Quality, Safety Production and Supply Chain. While you lead the programs from headquarters in Bagsværd, there will be occasional travel to other Novozymes sites as well as customer sites, expected at around 15 to 25 days per year. In this position you need to have: a master degree preferably in Supply Chain Management or similar 5-10 years working experience 2-5 years of experience as Project Manager 2-5 years of experience as management consultant be self-driven, structured, analytical, extrovert, and an excellent presenter be fluent in written and spoken English Are you the next Zymer in our team?
