Copenhagen Local Human Resources Ref.: MO-056086 Maersk Oil is looking for a Global HRIT Super User in our Corporate Organisational Effectiveness Department in Copenhagen. We Offer Human Resources in Maersk Oil is on a journey of simplification, effectivity and global alignment. The role of the HRIT team is to support HR colleagues across the world in the use of HRIT solutions, drive data quality and work with process owners and other stakeholders in the efforts of continuously ensuring that the HRIT solutions meets and supports of the business needs. The role of HRIT Assistant is an exciting role in a dynamic and international organization with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies. The role is a 1 year temporary position, but with potential future possibilities of extension/fixed employment. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for providing first class support to HR colleagues in the use of the entire HRIT palette. This includes the SAP HCM modules Personnel Administration & Organisational Management, Performance & Compensation Management and E-recruitment. You will take full ownership of the team’s shared inbox and find pride in providing timely and sufficient support to colleagues around the world. As the issues, questions and topics you will receive will vary in both in nature and complexity, you will have subject matter experts to lean on, but in order to be successful in this role you will quickly increase your knowledge level in each area. In lieu of your daily interaction with HR colleagues and through knowledge sharing in the team, you will ensure that relevant training material is kept up to date and you will take ownership of the team’s Sharepoint site. You will also be a key member and coordinator of our global HRIT Super User network. Who we are looking for You have experience from an HR operational role and you are an experienced user of SAP HCM/HR. You have a good and practical understanding of IT and experience with supporting IT solutions to highly qualified colleagues/customers is an advantage. You are used to work in a fast pace organisation and you enjoy seeing your efforts turn into real value in the organisation. You likely have experience in working in an international environment and collaborating across different cultures. We are looking for someone who is communicative, service oriented and capable of multitasking. You are influential, empathetic and understand cultural differences. You have an analytical approach and adhere to details and structure when planning and carrying out your tasks. You are able to communicate seamlessly both verbally and written (English).
