Help us test the next generations of our professional hearing instrument fitting software! Inspiring and creative work environment The Fitting Solutions test team consists of skilled software test experts located in Denmark, Poland and Switzerland, and several student assistants with various educational backgrounds. We contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s fitting software by testing the products using different tools and techniques. We offer a challenging position where your main tasks and responsibilities are: Test execution on Oticons software, including related hearing instruments and accessories Documentation of test results Reporting defects in the software Help reproducing defect reports Maintenance of test systems and equipment Setup of computer hardware and software Assistance to software testers with ad-hoc tasks Work hours are flexible, but we are looking for applicants who can work at least 12 hours per week. Your background We expect that you have completed at least a year’s study at university level within a techical or scientific area that enables you to understand advanced software engineering practices. Some basic understanding of electroacoustics will be an advantage. Through your education and/or practical experience you have acquired the following skills: Good understanding of computer hardware, including installation of hardware devices, network and drivers Good understanding of computer software, including various Windows O/S version, installation of software, anti-virus systems, system updates etc. A good sense of trouble-shooting and documenting complex issues You have an analytic mind and you are able to work in a structured, thorough and accurate manner. You communicate well and enjoy working in a team and you come with a positive mindset and personal drive. We expect you to speak and write English fluently.
