Our Onboarding unit in Denmark is a part of Cash Management Customer Service and have colleagues in all four Nordic countries. Our unit takes ownership for the cash management on-boarding process including large implementation projects and complex technical set-up. We ensure that the on-boarding is handled professionally and with One Nordea approach. The position we offer As Global Technical Advisor you are responsible for the technical set-up in global and complex cash management products. In addition, you help Cash Management Advisors to clarify possible technical solutions for our Customers. A Global Technical Advisor act as an external and internal advisor and always ensure the best customer solution. The main part of your role, is to proactively manage technical planning and execution of corporate customer implementations, according to Nordea’s project management standard tools, and to help onboarding our customers in existing and future payment solutions. Our team includes 21 employees with different roles, solid cash management background and specialist competence. We are located in Christiansbro together with the rest of CM. The qualifications you need We are looking for a new colleague with solid IT technical and/or cash management background. Important skills and attributes: •Excellent communicator with an outgoing and proactive personality, since the position requires extended customer contact. •Always bring great customer experiences to the customer dialogues •Ability to work under pressure and deal with often demanding customers. •Detail oriented, but also able to demonstrate end to end value chain mind-set, by involving relevant competencies within the organisation to meet agreed delivery. A personal interest in EDIFACT and XML formats together with some knowledge of communication protocols such as VPN, SFTP is preferred. Finally, you speak and write fluent English, since you will work daily across borders with colleagues and customers.
