- Human Resources - Denmark - Bagsværd Are you looking for the opportunity to affect the global People & Organisation (P&O) agenda for Novo Nordisk Manufacturing organisation, Product Supply (PS)? Would you like to combine the job of an HR Partner with a Project Manager role to drive and develop strategic HR projects across PS? About the department You will be a part of the central P&O organisation with one Corporate Vice President (CVP), seven managers and 55 dedicated employees supporting the global Product Supply organisation within Talent attraction, Recruitment, Leadership Development, Training and general HR processes. You will report to the CVP of P&O and be a part of the P&O management team as well as the global HR management group - in PS. The Job As HR Specialist you will have two main responsibilities, namely being the HR Partner for the central P&O function and to be a global HR Project Manager. The HR Partner role includes the responsibility for driving key HR processes (such as bonus, talent management, training and coaching of leaders, recruitment etc.) within the P&O organisation. You will ensure that HR processes are conducted professionally and support the leaders and employees when it comes to HR matters. As HR Project Manager you will be responsible for driving key organisational development projects across our global organisation with 14000 employees. These projects could include the development of new HR standards, new organisation designs, key initiatives from our People Strategy or the like. Lastly you should also expect a variety of different HR related tasks both within PS and across Novo Nordisk representing PS within the HR agenda. Qualifications You are experienced within the area of HR or leadership thereby having minimum 8 years of experience with driving the key HR processes. You have worked either as HR Partner, Leader, Project Manager or with Organisational Development within manufacturing and preferably you have a deep knowledge about our processes and our organisation. Your working style is pragmatic and you possess an ability to manage several tasks at the same time without compromising the quality of your deliveries. You are open-minded and fast in establishing trustful relationships across the organisational layers. You are an excellent communicator and able to differentiate your communicate style as you one day could facilitate a workshop with a production team and the next day present for PS management. You thrive in an environment where you can make independent decisions, and enjoy working together with others and explore synergies across a global organisation. You are able to manage diverse amount of tasks as well as solve analytical challenges, and you proactively seek opportunities to contribute. You speak and write English fluently.
