Head of Launch & Product Positioning, Household Care, Global Marketing, Bagsvaerd The Launch & Product Positioning team in Household Care is responsible for managing the launches for the Consumer and Professional segments in Novozymes Household Care Marketing division. The team is also responsible for ensuring that each product is properly positioned in the market and resonates with customer needs. You will head the Launch & Product Positioning team consisting of 4 Launch Managers located at HQ. You will be responsible for a few selected projects yourself, but first and foremost you will be responsible for ensuring each launch within the portfolio meets its milestones and metrics. We continuously improve the way we bring new Household Care innovations to market. Up to 30% travel activity must be expected. We seek an individual with great drive, ambition and leadership skills. A creative person that is able to link the needs of the some of the world’s largest FMCG companies to our new innovations, enabling them to understand the true value of our solutions. In this position you need to have: A technical or commercial background (MSc) with + 8 years of launch management and/or FMCG marketing experience Strong project management and problem solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines A structured and issue driven approach to problem solving Superior oral and written communication skills as you must be able to cooperate within the various Novozymes organizations An extrovert personality with drive, go-getter attitude and great networking skills Are you the next Zymer in our team?
