Your responsibilities as Quality Specialist In the NNIT Quality Assurance department, we support our business in core processes related to IT infrastructure operation and projects, directly contributing to the success of our quality and security mind-set across all business divisions and international affiliates of NNIT globally. QA responsibilities include: •Act as independent QA reviewer and approver of IT project and IT operations documentation, ensuring that process requirements are met. •Collaborate with specialists in NNIT’s line of business when compliance issues are found during QA review, and contribute with interpretation of quality requirements. •Identify and implement service improvements for the QA services we provide to NNIT’s line of business. •Involvement in continual improvement of NNIT’s quality management system, e.g. nonconformity handling. You will collaborate with quality specialists in NNIT offices in Czech Republic, Denmark and China, and continually develop your skills to take on new challenges. You will join our Quality & Security team The team consist of 21 dedicated colleagues with a high passion for securing the right level of quality and security internal in NNIT, and thereby also making sure that our deliveries to our clients meet their often high demands on these areas. We are focused on making sure that our employees have the right tools to perform, and thereby also focused on your personal development. Your qualifications and experience You have a university degree or similar, with a solid base of both quality and IT experience. Experience with ISO 9001, ITIL and Quality Management Systems is preferred. Official certifications will give a candidate an edge. You are a strong team player, have a "business first" mind-set and enjoy working in a sometimes hectic environment where tasks and priorities can change. Very good spoken and written English is required, as formal communications and documentation will often be in English.
