About the department The job is located in Corporate Occupational Health and Safety (COHS) which is a corporate staff function and a part of Corporate People & Organisation situated in Bagsværd. COHS is Novo Nordisk's Centre of Excellence in the field of occupational health and safety globally with 25 dedicated colleagues within ergonomics, psycho-social and technical working environment. COHS’s role is to inspire and support the OHS work throughout the global organisation, enabling line of business to realise Novo Nordisk’s OHS ambitions by providing easy-to-use guidance, tools and data. The job Your responsibilities will be split into four roles: to drive the compliance and quality agenda, to support the accident administration processes, to optimise operational processes and to analyse accident data and trends. You will drive the quality agenda across the COHS functional area as Quality Responsible Person (QRP) and Local Record Manager (LRM). This means that you will be responsible for supporting the yearly review process of global standard operating procedures (SOPs). Furthermore, you will act as the SOP expert for Corporate People & Organisation, and be responsible for supporting local authors and engage in the SOP network across Novo Nordisk. In addition you will support COHSman in developing Quality Activity Plans (QAPs), tracking progress and reporting monthly status . You will drive and participate in optimising administrative and operational processes to ensure smooth delivery and optimal use of resources. Also you will support the registration and administration of occupational accidents, as well as collect data and analysis trends, as part of COHS mission to report, inspire and enable the global Novo Nordisk organisation. Qualifications You hold an administrative background or a bachelor’s degree within business and at least 5 years of experience from an international company. You have experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedure processes, preferably from within Novo Nordisk. You are result-oriented, like to be challenged and are able to conceptualize ideas into simple and standardised tangible business concepts. You have a well-structured approach to your tasks and are capable of maintaining an overview also under time pressure. Furthermore, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills. English is our corporate language, and hence it is a prerequisite that you speak and write English fluently. You work comfortably in MS Office (experienced in PowerPoint and Excel). It is also important that you approach tasks and colleagues with a positive attitude, energy and good humour.
