Would you like to take up the challenge of analysing and reporting on asset portfolio performance? Join us and become an Asset Reporting Analyst in our Asset Reporting team where we have the overall responsibility for producing timely and high-quality reporting on wind farm performance as well as preparing the budget for our joint venture partnerships. The department is part of Wind Power which has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world's largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling to the UK and Germany. Areas of responsibility As an Asset Reporting Analyst, you are responsible for providing consistent and high-quality reporting and budgets for the joint venture partners and internal Asset Managers across the asset portfolio of wind farms in Denmark, the UK and Germany. Our partners have made huge investments in our wind farms, and the reports provide them with a deep insight into the technical and financial performance of the wind farms. You will be responsible for providing qualitative and quantitative data input for the reports, conducting data validation and consolidating the reports, including providing comments on what has happened since the last report. All reporting is made in accordance with contractual commitments. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: § plan and communicate the monthly, quarterly and yearly process for preparing the reports and communicate this to data providers § build and maintain relationships with in-house stakeholders and departments and ensure high quality in external management reporting materials § optimise our processes and models in Excel § participate in sign-off meetings. Your profile You have a master's degree in economics, accounting or a similar background. Preferably, you have experience with auditing, controlling or financial reporting. You are a super user of Excel and PowerPoint, and you are familiar with working on large data volumes and ensuring correct data collection and high quality. It is important that you have an analytical approach to your work, are able to set high standards for work performance and execution as well as follow up on delegated tasks and decisions in a structured manner. It is also important that you are flexible in monthly and annual peak periods, and that you are able to plan and prioritise your tasks and to work up against predefined deadlines. As you liaise with our projects in the UK and Germany, it is essential that you have good communication skills, speak and write fluent English and thrive in a growing multi-cultural organisation.
