As HR Partner at Biogen, you provide operational Human Resource services that support several Functional Units at the Hillerød site. You serve as the primary HR point of contact for the clients (Functional Unit Leaders in Hillerød) and interact with all levels of Functional Unit Management on a regular basis. You provide consultative services that primarily include counsel, employee relations and policy interpretation and problem-solving strategies in general. As HR Partner you support, communicate and implement global initiatives on processes and tools for effective people management including succession planning and performance management, all to the benefit of supporting the local Functional Unit Leader in developing the people organization. Furthermore you participate actively in the HR community - both locally and globally - building relations to HR colleagues and contribute with knowledge and engagement on relevant HR projects. Your professional profile: The ideal candidate - holds a Master of Human Resources or an equivalent education on Master level - has minimum 5 years of experience as HR Partner from an international company and is used to driving performance management processes, confidently dealing with employee relation issues – absence and performance issues - has good knowledge of the Danish Holiday Act, Salaried Employment Act, and Danish legal in general - has experience with recruitment and recruitment processes - is fluent in English both written and spoken - is an experienced IT user in MS office and HR tools Your personal profile: As a person you thrive in a multicultural environment where things move fast.
