GN ReSound is developing a robust online marketing strategy for its global enterprise. The Digital Marketing Program Manager is responsible for building and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns that will generate leads and drive revenue growth. The Digital Marketing Program Manager is instrumental in driving and increasing traffic to the company’s websites, recommending and managing changes to improve the visitor experience and lead generation while ensuring brand consistency and positive brand image What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? Project Management (60%) • Gather business, marketing and technical requirements for web projects; act as liaison between marketing, vendors and web developers • Evaluate and recommend external vendors to achieve the web marketing goals and projects • Plan and manage the scope, resources, time and budget for projects and anticipate potential challenges with an eye to alternative solutions • Develop and refine the project timeline and budgets • Coordinate necessary internal resources • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and team efficiently and effectively • Schedule, coordinate, and manage internal meetings and checkpoints • Monitor resources, track progress, and communicate responsibilities Campaign Management and SEO (40%) • Summarize analytical data from overall marketing programs into user-friendly reports and translate into recommendations to be shared across the team as needed. • Write SEO optimized content for the website, ecommerce, email campaigns and social media posts • Work with current content management system (Sitecore) to create, post, maintain, customize and enhance web content as needed. • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization • Lead the creation and completion of A/B testing for landing pages and other content • Collaborate with GN ReSound marketing managers worldwide to ensure a consistent and effective global online presence. • Research and recommend plans/projects for optimizing corporate websites to accommodate rapidly increasing mobile visitors and marketing opportunities. • Keep current with industry trends and latest marketing technologies What do we ideally expect from you? Core Qualifications: • Master degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, IT, web development • 3-5 years experience in web marketing, ecommerce, and technical web development and management • Proven experience in content management systems, web best practices • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficient with Google Analytics or other Web analytics platforms • Knowledge of web usability, architecture, search, visit experience and user interfaces • Demonstrated ability to create detailed reporting and analysis • Strong English skills, written and spoken. Danish is not a requirement.
