Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S, Engineering & Supply in Søborg is looking for a Claim Coordinator Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S, Engineering & Supply is responsible for engineering and managing customer projects with a wide range of industries worldwide. We are now looking for a proactive and experienced Claim Coordinator, who will ensure that all claims from customers and within our organisation are handled timely and efficiently. With this position you will be a key person coordinating claim handling across relevant functions and departments in Alfa Laval. You will also facilitate corrective actions in order to improve quality of our products and solutions. Working in E&S Søborg, you will be part of an international environment with a large cross-disciplinary interface both internally and externally. Key tasks * Working as a super-user with Claim Handling System * Involve and coordinate colleagues across functions and departments regarding solving claims * Ensuring data in system is validated and accurate * Requesting information from involved parties in order to ensure all received claims are addressed in time * Making sure that all claims are investigated correctly and results are registered transparently in the system * Facilitating problem resolution investigation of claims to find, document and eliminate root causes * Prepare and validate KPI statistics and other data for claim evaluation by department managers and for site Claim meetings * Prepare various reports and follow-up on claims. Ideal candidate * You have relevant experience and deep understanding of claim handling, root cause analysis, corrective actions, improvement processes and internal auditing * You thrive well and appreciate working independently within given frames and guidelines * You have got a sound technical background * You enjoy working in a complex organisation * You work in a systematic and structured way * You don?t give up facing obstacles and are focused on following things through * You understand and respect differences among people and are able to influence your colleagues * You share information in a clear and proactive way and adapt your approach according to your speaking partner.
