About the department We support the Novo Nordisk patient focused haemophilia portfolio with in vivo pharmacology data and expert knowledge on the pathophysiology as well as treatment of haemophilia. The department comprises seven scientists with backgrounds in biology, human biology, pharmacy, and veterinary medicine, eight in vivo laboratory technicians, an in vivo laboratory technician trainee, two PhD-students, and an MSc student. Teamwork is valued and encouraged across the department, as well as in the projects. The Job You are expected to employ expert knowledge your personal relation building skills to lead the way for our haemophilia projects by participating in project groups, core teams, and by presenting at relevant board meetings. As study director you will oversee and guide state of the art in vivo research collaborating with others using and optimizing existing models as well as developing, validating, and implementing new models to constantly push the state of the art. Your will work in cross-organisational project teams, some of which you will lead either as project manager or pharmacology coordinator. Qualifications You are a proven expert (PhD level or beyond) on in vivo pharmacology and pathophysiology and you feel confident in collaborating as well as eventually leading others across professional fields. Industrial experience and/or experience within the field of coagulation/fibrinolysis research will be preferred, but your high potential and deep knowledge is more important. As a person you are curious, innovative, and dynamic with a positive attitude to new ideas and people; you use your excellent communication skills in everything you do.
