Junior Business Analyst, Business IT, Bagsværd Do you have drive, passion and show initiative and are you a top student with a strong analytical mindset? Then you might be the new Junior Business Analyst we are looking for! Your main responsibility will be to work closely with business stakeholders and the technology teams to drive the delivery of changes to Novozymes’ systems based on changes in business needs. During this analysis you easily establish yourself as a trusted partner and use your facilitation skills and strong analytical mindset to drive the change process forward in close collaboration with your colleagues. The key to your success will be your ability to quickly come to an understanding of how the business operates and what it needs. Ultimately you ensure that all business requirements and objective are met and documented in requirement specifications. To support your work and development you will be working in a team of experienced Business Analysts that help our staff functions (Corporate Functions) and our Production and Supply Chain (Supply Operations) excel. In this role you will get a solid understanding of the business processes across these units as well as the IT technologies that enable them. As a Business Analyst you will help the business to achieve their goals. You will need to understand the structure, policies and operation of their organization. You will aim for optimizing processes, quality and development. You will see your efforts help drive business results for Novozymes and will have an opportunity to build network and business understanding that support your future career in Novozymes. Finally, you will be part of an ambitious IT organization which has a clear strategy which supports our new corporate strategy “Partnering for Impact”. In this position you need to have: Master within Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science or a similar field Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in ERP consulting and/or IT services in the business context as internal or external consultant Quick at absorbing and structuring new information Able to co-facilitate workshops with stakeholders across the organization Experience with requirement specifications and process optimization through the application of IT Able to quickly establish trustful relationships with all stakeholders Self-motivated, proactive and able to plan own work Strong written and oral English communication skills Rethink tomorrow Novozymes is the world leader in bioinnovation.
