If so, you could be our new colleague in Quality & Systems Management. About the department Located in Måløv, Quality & Systems Management is part of Non-clinical Development and we work in the regulated area (GLP and GCP) of Global Research. The systems management group supports laboratory computer systems (2-30 users) as well as data management systems (10-50 users) with regards to system maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting. We are a friendly and dedicated team of seven system managers/lab computer systems validation specialists – all working together as part of an inspiring and ambitious work environment, where scientific integrity is standard and shared responsibility is taken for granted. The job Your main focus will be computer systems validation tasks/projects and maintenance support to the GxP systems currently used within the non-clinical area. This will include working in accordance with Novo Nordisk procedures and external guidelines for Computer Systems Validation (e.g. GAMP). As a computer system validation specialist you will take part in small project groups, and you will be driving implementation of IT system upgrades as well as new computerised laboratory systems - typically consisting of 1-2 computers and associated apparatus - according to the V-model, i.e. determine the validation process, help define user requirements and ensure appropriate test protocols and documentation. As a supporter to various systems you will also be active in troubleshooting system issues and in dealing with system upgrades, platform upgrades and accompanying change control. We will move into a new building in 2016 and the labs will get additional new lab computer systems as part of this move. Furthermore, we plan to support the analytical departments with system management of additional lab systems and you may be a candidate for this role as well. Qualifications You have completed a Master’s degree within natural sciences, engineering or IT and have experience from work with different lab computerised systems and validation of these in a regulated area. You may also have experience from IT system management, LIMS administration, and support to laboratory computer systems, e.g. in QC laboratories and are eager to apply your skills to a new area. Candidates with experience from lab work with different computerised systems and qualification of these will be preferred.
