Then you might be the new colleague we are looking for. About the department You will join the Leadership & People Development team that ensures quality in development throughout the organisation the Novo Nordisk Way. The team is a centre of excellence, developing and delivering training for leaders as well as providing guidance to the development of people across Novo Nordisk. The position We offer an exciting position as Leadership Development Specialist. You will be responsible for developing and delivering leadership journeys. A journey is a coherent process of multiple elements (pre-work, formal training, practical experience and developmental relationships). Novo Nordisk leadership journeys support real skill development, helping participants focus on their professional and personal development, and to nurture their connections and grow their network. You will be involved in developing new concepts and participating in global projects incl. a new online learning platform. The job is based in Denmark but travelling should be expected in relation to delivering courses abroad and in Denmark. The tasks will vary according to your competencies and what you can bring to the team. Our approach to leadership development is focused on building strengths in service of the business strategy and in accordance with the Novo Nordisk Way. We take an existential / humanistic approach to development helping leaders and people become even better at being who they are. Qualifications You have 5-10 years experience within leadership development, preferably from a large global company. You have a solid track record and have demonstrated strong results during your career. You are experienced in developing leaders and know the processes related to developing and executing programmes. You are visionary and proactive and ready to contribute to the overall development of the leadership and people development area in Novo Nordisk. You are structured and maintain good relations with stakeholders despite challenging conditions. You thrive in a global environment and you speak and write English fluently.
