As Performance, Engagement & Change Manager you will develop our performance management mindset as well as change management skills to ensure optimal performance and impact of organisational changes across the organisation. As Performance, Engagement & Change Manager, you will further develop our performance management mindset as well as be responsible for the engagement process to improve the process and outcome even more The organisation is going through continuous changes where you will play a key role in implementing and realising the desired outcome through the use of solid change management methods and tools Additionally you will participate in strategic HR development projects together with your team colleagues. You will become part of a HR community consisting of 50 HR professionals and join the Organisational Development team responsible for all strategic HR development initiatives globally in Maersk Drilling. You will also network and collaborate with colleagues working in other business units in the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group. Key Responsibilities In sum, you will be responsible for: People Performance Management • Improve the maturity level of how performance management is used in the continuous development of leaders, employees and organisation Employee Engagement • Prepare the annual engagement survey • Ensure continuous learning and development of leaders, teams and individuals including the input from the yearly engagement survey to further improve the employee engagement Change Management •Further develop the change management toolbox in MD •Support, deliver to and advise HR and business managers on change elements and specific content Ad hoc projects • Participate in strategic HR development projects supporting the organizational development together with other HR colleagues and the business Who we are looking for We expect that our new colleague is a team player with a strategic mindset and strong business drive. You see yourself as a business developer and will be able to grow our business in close collaboration with our leaders and other relevant stakeholders within HR. You bring solid change management experience and methodology. You possess good communication skills and are able to translate business needs into HR tools and processes. We are looking for a candidate with a consultancy background or experience from a similar position. You hold a master’s degree and have minimum 3-4 years of working experience.
