We are now looking for a Team Leader, who is ready to take up new challenges and opportunities within procurement. The person will join a strong and ambitious procurement team within our project organisation with focus on the Food, Life Science and Brewery industry and will report to our Supply Chain Manager. In Engineering & Supply (E&S) Søborg, we are more than 200 employees, dedicated to execute projects and orders professionally and on time, delivering high quality solutions for our customers world-wide. In this position you will be a key person, who can manage a team of Lead buyers, Buyers and Buyer assistants to secure a competitive supply chain and secure project focus within the Food Technology and Life Science projects. Working in E&S Søborg, you will be part of an international environment with large cross-disciplinary interfaces both internally and externally. Key tasks - Manage, develop, motivate and inspire team - Walk the talk and lead the way - Handle internal and external stakeholder mgt. - Negotiate and finalise supplier contracts, agreements and conditions - Follow up on time schedules, finance and project quality - Maintenance and development of supplier performance - Involved in Supplier Commodity strategy worldwide - Bidding phase focus and procurement analysis - Secure focus on ALPS board meetings to gain Process optimization - Reporting key figures and follow-up on KPI’s & PI’s Ideal candidate - Relevant bachelor or master degree - 5+ years of procurement experience including relevant theoretical background - International experience with projects and technical procurement will be an advantage - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to work in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders - English skills at negotiation level (both verbal and written) - Structured and organized with good communication skills - Proactive, solution and result oriented - As a person, you are extrovert, flexible, focused, optimistic and a team player.
