We are looking for an experienced solution architect for web development for our Online Marketing team. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of customer and partner facing websites, including a customer support site, a webshop and other online tools interfacing with CRM. Overall, this position gives you the opportunity to interact and work with people from different areas in 3Shape i.e. sales, marketing, product management, while at the same time allowing you to develop your skills in many areas of web development. You will be the key interface at HQ for an international team of several web developers. You'll design and deploy new, maintainable and scalable web applications. In addition, you'll provide team leadership throughout the entire lifecycle of digital solutions (like web development, CMS, and mobile applications tying the customer experience together). Your profile Experience with web development processes, including testing frameworks, build automization tools (e.g. Team City), source control systems (e.g. Perforce, Git, TFS). You know the art of programming and understand disciplines like source code branching, etc. You can take on the responsibility of leading all website development, incl. communication with business stakeholders, running projects, managing backlogs and deadlines. You follow market trends/best practices and will be able to drive this development actively. Energetic, service minded, positive mindset and possess the potential to grow into team leadership role. Areas of responsibility: - Work closely with a team of skilled web developers in development and maintenance of all 3Shape online platforms, making sure that the team delivers high quality web solutions on the Sitecore platform - Develop and deploy solutions for all 3Shape online platforms, including web interface to CRM - Maintenance and troubleshooting of above - Serve as a subject matter expert for CMS/Sitecore projects - Be technically involved in architecture- and technology decisions related to the web projects - Communicate proactively with the project stakeholders - Divide your time between hands-on web development and managing the solutions and processes You have experience in the following fields: - At least 3-4 years’ experience with content management systems, in specific Sitecore - Proven experience designing and deploying applications within MS.NET framework, and with development of web solutions in responsive design - Programming experience: (Microsoft, C#), Microsoft ASP.NET (MVC), WEB API, Visual Studio - Infrastructure knowledge, being able to install and configure servers such as IIS and SQL - Strong project management and team lead experience - As an advantage, you have worked with the following: o Web services, SML, JSON, JSONp o HTML5, CSS3, AJAX o Javascript Jquery, Jquery Mobile or similar o HTTP protocol, REST You possess the following personal competencies: - Responsible - Structured - Excellent English communication written and oral skills - Service oriented - Calm demeanor, team player - Interested in travelling to the Kiev office 4-6 times per year We promote a company culture built on mutual respect and openness between manager and employees; strong team spirit; high performance; constant professional development as a foundation of a strong motivated and performing organization.
