Copenhagen Local/International Procurement Ref.: MO-047903 As an inegral member of the Procurement Department you will provide Supply Chain direction in support of Major Capital Projects by ensuring compliance with company practices at all times. You remit will also see you facilitating collaboration with project teams, Group Procurement and other peers in the development and implementation of SCM strategies, best practices and alignment to maximize value and ensuring project delivery. As a senior member of the Procurement team you will help shape this approach for Maersk Oil. Key Responsibilities •Provide and support and guidance to supply chain professionals internationally throughout the entire project life-cycle •Maintainall Major Capital Projects and transparently communicate the Procurement requirements •Procurement focal point ensuring the Company’s interests are met, ensure governance and share and disseminate best practices. •Perform an Assurance and Governance role ensuring Procurement tasks are executed in accordance with the appropriate standards and procedures. •Collaborate with the Chief Procurement Officer, Group Procurement Head of Category Management and regional peers in the development of Strategies, Standards and Benchmarking •Build relationships with internal customers/stakeholders both corporately and locally in BU’s. Who we are looking for •10+ years experience in Major Capital Projects within the oil and gas business •Expert in Procurement practices within the oil and gas business. •Bachelor's degree preferred. •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. •Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
