Then join Haldor Topsoe’s Global HR organization in Copenhagen, and play a key role in developing a high performing organization. As a member of the HR Leadership team, you will contribute to the planning and implementation of a wide range of HR initiatives that will support Topsoe’s ambitious growth strategy. Specifically, you will be responsible for driving our agenda for organizational and leadership development, deliver content and project management to programs and processes and not least secure efficient implementation through the HR Partners, who will report to you. Your focus will be to establish solid leadership tools and practices to enhance organizational performance and business results through continuous competency development, performance leadership and people engagement. In addition to the ongoing development of our leadership training portfolio, the critical projects over the coming years will include global initiatives and solutions for competency framework, performance management, people development process, succession planning and talent management. You will work from our headquarters in Lyngby in close collaboration with colleagues in Denmark and at our other global locations. Not only will you get deep insight into –and thorough understanding of – our global organization, you will also build a strong network and be able to influence and set the direction for how we develop our organization. You will become part of a dedicated and professional global HR team and be a key player in our journey of transformation. Your responsibilities •Leadership development: maintenance and ongoing development of our leadership model, training portfolio and other tools and practices to excel leadership performance •Developing and implementing leadership tools for performance management and people development •Designing concepts and driving process for succession planning and talent management •Providing workshops, courses, etc. for teams and employees either through external vendors or in-house design and delivery •Enabling a unified and best in class HR Partner support to our business •Leadership responsibility for a team consisting of HRD Specialist and four HR partners You •Are able to think strategically and understand how strategy is realized •Can drive projects from beginning to end and have a strong focus on implementation •Are proactive, pragmatic and willing to go the extra mile •Have an outside-in approach and challenge the conventional “HR approach” •Are good at building and maintaining trusting and lasting relationships with many stakeholders •Have integrity and thrive with a high level of complexity in your daily work •Have a global mindset Qualifications You have at least 10 years’ of broad HR experience from large, global companies. Further you are able to demonstrate a solid track record with organizational and people development processes, performance management, leadership tools and management counseling at all levels. You have experience with people management, project management, process consultation and teaching. It will be an advantage if you have worked in engineering companies. You have a relevant HR degree and excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing.
