We deliver solutions and offerings across FLSmidth’s global cement and minerals business. We are responsible for the new services developed and introduced into the market as well as building and supporting local service units close to our customers. We work in e.g. Egypt, Russia, Turkey and Kazakhstan. Brief Description In order to support the growth and expansion of FLSmidth’s thriving plant service business, we are strengthening our service development team. As our new Service Developer you will play a vital role in growing the key service elements within the FLSmidth business strategy. Detailed Description Development, improvement, implementation and support You will play a key role in ensuring on going focus within development and improvement of the right service offerings to the market. You will support our present service portfolio as well as develop, implement and commercialise new market-driven service offerings. In overview your primary tasks will be to × Drive and take ownership of specific service development – service agreements, proposals, procedures, reporting, training material and tools for reporting and people development × Participate as a team member in large development projects × Develop, coordinate and take ownership of technical support within NDT techniques to the global LSU teams × Establish a knowledge database and best practices × Collaborate with technical specialist to standardise and expand existing offerings × Develop training material and pricing tools × Develop marketing material and campaigns × Participate in the recruitment of Local Service Specialists × Deliver hands-on training and implementation at our customers’ sites Expect 40-60 travel days annually to our service units and customer plants, where you will meet, support and work with our local teams. This enables you to ensure alignment between concept and onsite implementation. Job Requirements Engineer with enthusiasm and personal You hold a degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Development or similar. You have knowledge and interest within the area of NDT and experience within development; technical and commercial. You bring solid experience as Project Manager and your thrive on driving your own projects.Your outgoing positive attitude, flexibility and personal drive enable you to create results in a fast paced work environment with many tasks and deadlines. You see complex problems as exciting challenges that call for innovative solutions delivered by you and your colleagues. In this you use your team spirit as well as you analytical and systematic approach.
