To continue our very strong business growth and position within the digital Orthodontic market we are looking for a dynamic and motivated colleague to join our product management team. Your Profile You have: • A strong technical background probably at a MSc level • 2-5 years of experience from a position in product management, marketing or agile project management working with technical or software products • A good understanding of customer needs and an ability to transform them into innovative solutions • A commercial mindset that enables you to launch products successfully into the market • You are fluent in English. Additional major languages will be considered a plus • Knowledge about products for orthodontics, dental, medical or similar will be an advantage Your Responsibility As a member of the global Orthodontic team you will be involved in the entire product life cycle of our solutions marketed in 100 countries. You will work in the Orthodontic business unit and collaborate with all functions of the company, including Development, Marketing, Sales and Customer Care. You will: • Transform customer needs into innovative products with great customer experience • Work closely with leading customers and partners across the world to realize ideas and projects – you can expect 20-30 travel days a year on average • Define specifications, prioritization, make product roadmaps and work closely with Development and Project Management • Take part in continuing the development and implementation of a highly competitive strategy and portfolio for 3Shape’s Orthodontic Solutions
