Then you should apply for the job as metrology engineer in Novo Nordisk’ Device Manufacturing & Sourcing in Hillerød. About the department You will be part of Device Metrology, where we count 30 employees who support the entire Device-area in Novo Nordisk. Together with 5 dedicated colleagues you are part of the team Equipment Support who is responsible for metrological guidance, development, implementing and maintenance of process control measuring equipment etc. Furthermore, we work closely together with Device Manufacturing Development in order to secure robust measurement set-up’s to deploy to our subcontractors in the rest of the world. The job Your primary role will be as project manager, where you will lead a range of advanced metrology projects with purchase, test and validation of measuring equipment. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintenance of the validated state on validated equipment in Equipment Support including preparation of the teams deviations on equipment and condition/evaluation reports. In all of your work you bear in mind, that we follow the guidelines for a device-production including ISO-standards and FDA-regulations. You can look forward to an outgoing position, where you work in close dialogue with colleagues across different areas, from production development via production to QC- and QA-functions and with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications You have an education as mechanical engineer or similar, and your CV reflects a minimum of 5 years’ experience from a similar job, where you have managed equipment projects from specification to implementation. You have experience with the use of metrology in an industry with corresponding quality requirements. Therefore you have intensive knowledge to ISO-standards and ideally GMP-regulations. To succeed in this position we expect you to have good communication skills, having overview and being able to guide and discuss with the technicians, technical experts as well as project managers and general managers. With your analytical abilities you can deliver quality and create outstanding results. You work with independence, are well-structured and known for taking responsibility for your work.
