For our Quality Assurance department located in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for a strong and dedicated Team Lead to manage our department. What are my responsibilities? • Managing all employees within the Quality Assurance department. Department size 15+ employees • Ensuring that professional competency is present in the group according to the area of responsibility. • Ensuring that the group is motivated, and conducting personal development sessions with each employee. • Responsible for supporting the execution of strategies for the Quality department, including business processes and business systems, following the overall strategies within Siemens. • Continuously improving our standards and working procedures. What do I need to qualify for this job? • Qualified person, operative experience in quality management. • Knowledge of quality assurance and ISO knowledge. • Understanding of Process control, Product knowledge, Procedures and standards, analytical skills. • Team player with excellent communication skills. • Excellent management skills including leadership and motivation of teams. • English skills, both orally and in writing. • Fluently I Danish required In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
