Are you an experienced software developer with strong skills in technical management and coordination of projects? Are you ready to play a key role in Vestas Turbine Software and are you motivated by a broad interface with many different stakeholders? Then you might be our new Technical Lead in Turbine Software. Technology & Service Solutions, Rotor, Tower & Control, Turbine Software Vestas Technology & Service Solutions is where new product ideas or technologies are matured, developed, tested and improved. To put it short, Vestas Technology & Service Solutions is the cornerstone of Vestas. We are shaping the future of modern energy. Turbine Software is responsible for the software solution embedded in all Vestas turbines. This includes the real-time communication backbone that ties all the distributed control nodes together, the real time operating system of the control nodes and the high level functionality that control and monitor all parts of the mechanical systems in the turbine. The department consists of 5 teams and a total of round 80 people located in Aarhus and Chennai in India. Responsibilities: As technical project coordinator in Turbine Software you will report directly to the Director of Turbine Software and work with managers and functional leads across all teams. Your main responsibilities will be: Ensure detailed planning and coordination of software projects across Turbine Software Facilitate technical reviews Ensure timely delivery of projects in full Manage internal and external stakeholders Support and facilitate ongoing project coordination between functional lead areas Take lead on driving best practice and ensuring efficient cross team project execution Qualifications: You have a proven track record as successful software system developer and system architect on big software projects in the real time machine control domain. Your also have the following qualifications: Bachelor or master degree in relevant area i.e. Computer Science Minimum of 5 years of working experience working with software development Thorough understanding of software processes and software development Experienced in SCRUM project execution Good communicator and possess English skills on a high level Competencies: We value initiative, trustworthiness and personal drive.
