We are looking for Lean Manufacturing Change Expert with a strong background in lean, a high performance mindset and a solid track record of driving continuous improvement in a global industrial setting. You will be part of the Danfoss Business System - a global initiative launch in 2003, defining and implementing best practices throughout the value chain in all Danfoss divisions. As a Lean Manufacturing Change Expert, your primary responsibility will be to drive change management projects by implementing best practice manufacturing tools and processes within the Danfoss group. You will together with our manufacturing and supply chain managers in the divisions obtain tangible results in terms of optimizing quality, delivery, cost and cash flow, by securing an efficient production. The position As a Lean Manufacturing Change Expert your role will be to: •Train operators, supervisors, and managers in using Danfoss Productivity Program tools and standards •Drive Kaizen and step change projects •Challenge and support factory management to Drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement •Manage and train dedicated project teams We expect that you •have solid managerial experience in a manufacturing environment in a large or medium-sized manufacturing company •have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English (orally and in writing) •possess a strong drive for achieving impact •able to connect and communicate with people at all levels •possess strong analytical and project management skills Previous experience in implementing lean processes and change management is a must and international work experience is an advantage.
