As Svendborg Brakes’ application department are facing major challenges going forward, we are looking for a competent employee who is absolutely wild about hydraulics and engineering. Maybe you are not an expert today, but your ambitions are heading in that direction. You will have the following tasks and responsibilities, amongst others: • Technical modifications of core products as well as components and brakes solutions • Design of brake solutions and components, including hydraulic systems • Manage and ensure implementation of testing of these designs in our own test centre and/or production • Technical documentation in the form of drawings and parts lists • Involvement in development projects, including new types of materials Qualifications: • The ideal candidate is an educated mechatronics or mechanical engineer or similar, preferably with knowledge of mechanical design, hydraulics and electronic controls. • Can see the big picture, is independent and structured with respect for time schedules and requirement specifications • Good knowledge of 3D programmes, preferably Pro-E and Auto-Cad • Good knowledge of English We offer: • An exciting and independent job with varied tasks and tests in our newly enlarged test centre • An informal working environment with a good tone and ample opportunity for knowledge sharing • Good opportunities for personal and professional development • Salary according to qualifications, pension scheme, health insurance, and an attractive canteen scheme You are welcome to contact Senior Technical Manager, Jesper Rosager on 24 239 505 for further information.
