Job ID: 197682 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power Mode of employment: full time For our Project Site Execution department, we are looking for a Head of Site Management and Installation Lead with excellent leadership skills who is ready to manage a professional team with a strong team spirit. You will become part of an international functional management. What are my responsibilities? • The daily management of the department in Vejle • Manage and develop the department according to the Project Site Execution strategy • Lead a group of site supporters and resource coordinators • Ensure consistency across projects, working closely together with colleagues in GE and UK. • Responsible for annual work shop SMIL • Budget/investment overview • Lead, mentor and train team members • Being a part of the PSE management team What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a strong background with a minimum of 5 years’ professional management experience, including management of managers and experience with distant management • You have a higher education, preferably a technical or craftsman background? • Furthermore, you have advanced project skills and you have gained first experiences in leading international teams • Experience within the industry is an advantage • As a person, you are proactive, adaptable, analytical, decisive and result-oriented with noticeable intercultural, networking and team building skills • Finally, you are a good negotiator and you possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
