You set new standards for future play As Engineer in the Mechanical department you will develop technological element solutions and be a major factor in all phases of the product development. Our product range includes all mechatronic product technologies including pneumatics, gear and motor systems, pull back functions, all mechanical movement and other complex elements. Teaming up with Product Designers, Concept Designers, suppliers, and most importantly, the children of our target group, you will have an immense contact surface. In detail, your job will be to: - Analyse production possibilities for a gadget, a part or an element with the exact capacity or characteristics - based on Designers' briefs - Design mechatronic elements in detail and according to specifications - Operate within size, price and delivery time - and correct if necessary - Find suppliers who can produce according to specifications - Test prototype with children from the target group - and learn from their reactions - Define production process and machinery for mass production - Take ownership of the gadget until any production difficulties has been solved - Contribute to the marketing and launching process - Assist Senior Engineers in more complex constructions - Ensure correct documentation and compliance with LEGO regulations Expand the imaginations of millions of children By trusting you to make decisions, do what's right and get things done to the highest possible quality, we'll help you make the most of your skills and reach your potential.
