For our Product Risk & Quality Department (PRQ) we are now looking for dedicated Internal Project Manager. PRQ is a part of Product Integrity (PI) which is a small division function in Siemens Wind Power and has a large responsibility with insight on product performance and technology. PI is amongst other reviewing our products and designs, analyzing performance and handling warranty cases. As an Internal Project Manager in PRQ you have the responsibility to manage internal projects and processes, monitor and report PI Key Performance Indicators and handle audits on the internal PI processes. In PI you will be part of a team of our most skilled experts. What are my responsibilities? · PI Key Performance Indicator reporting · Drive strategy development and support PI management workshop · Conduct PI internal / process improvement projects · Participate in WP cross-functional internal projects · Coordinate PI organizational topics across PI departments · Preparing management meetings and working with Management on strategic matters What do I need to qualify for this job? · You might have an education within a technical field, business administration or similar and it would be seen as a plus if you have some Project Management experience · You hold a strong skill set in MS Office and is used to working with SharePoint solutions · You are a diplomat with great communication skills · You are used to dealing with managers on a high level · You are very service-minded · You have a high drive and excellent coordination abilities · You thrive in a dynamic and multicultural organization with a focus on performance · You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
