For our Training Department we are looking for a Global Competency Manager to excel in the competency frameworks of our Global Training Excellence team. The Global Training Excellence team has the responsibility to drive and maintain the global training portfolio based on the competencies needed within the job groups for the service wind turbine sites. Competency based training needs analysis to be implemented as a tool for future training modules to be developed. What are my responsibilities? · Competency framework and training program management · Job tasks and training needs analysis · Project management of new initiatives · Corporate communication and stakeholder management · Implementation of global alignment for the training programs · Drive implementation and standards setting for the training programs and training certification What do I need to qualify for this job? · A minimum of 5 years of experience with project management, preferably within Learning and Development · Strong analytical skills and accurate strategical thinking · Strong communication skills from previous stakeholder management · Experience with change management from a global perspective · Excellent oral and written English skills In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
