For the Business Administration Department in our Technology organization (TE) we are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Business Analyst. TE (i.e. engineering/R&D) is responsible for continuously developing competitive wind turbines for our product portfolio, and working as a Business Analyst for TE will give you a broad understanding of the wind business. What are my responsibilities? · Portfolio reporting of ongoing cost reduction activities · Development of business cases including maintenance and follow-up · Divisional reporting and guideline compliance with respect to cost reduction activities Business Units · Ad hoc commercial support, primarily for the R&D organization What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a bachelor or master's degree in Business Economics or similar combined with min. 3 years’ experience in commercial analysis and reporting · Alternatively, you may have a technical background and have developed in an Economics direction · You have a commercial mind-set · You are communicative and persistent, with strong analytical skills and the ability to focus, prioritize and deliver quality · You are diplomatic, robust and independent · You have good communication and presentation skills, and you are able to sell your message to an audience · You enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment · You possess excellent English skills orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
