We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Manager with strong IT-technical skills and a proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. CFO, Global IT, Finance and P&C - P&C Global IT is undergoing a strategic transformation. The transformation follows a Global IT vision including enhanced engagement with Vestas business resulting in joint planning with business and IT to ensure that business plans are fully supported by IT services and solutions. The role as Senior Manager, Global IT Business Partnering is new and plays a vital role in transforming Global IT in Vestas. This represents a unique opportunity to shape and influence the framework and content of the role and team. We offer a great opportunity to make a difference by shaping the way IT innovation helps create business value. You will report to the Senior Director, Global IT Finance and P&C. Responsibilities: You will be heading the team in Global IT working with HR solutions. Your responsibilities covers people related activities within your team of 3 colleagues. You will within HR related activities, head the business engagement with relevant stakeholders in Vestas. You will be responsible for the development of a long-term global HR IT solutions strategy including the roadmap of HR IT project portfolio as well as responsible for all facets of planning, design and implementation of the HR solutions which includes, but not limited to: Core HR, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee and Manager Self Service Portal, Payroll, Recruitment and Travel and Time management systems. You will manage and direct HR-related vendor relationships; monitor and manage the performance of third party vendors and service providers (quality, delivery, and cost). You will drive efficiency through increased automation, process improvements and systems implementations. We are just about to embark on a journey of implementing SuccessFactors as replacement for various IT solutions covering the above solution areas while at the same time optimizing our solutions for payroll. Qualifications: The challenge will be to wrap your head around a complex field of managing people, take the role as lead architect and manage business engagement - all at the same time - while navigating in a large and varied stakeholder landscape. Therefore, your people skills and ability to communicate need to balance your strong IT-technical skills and understanding. Moreover, the key to success is your ability to facilitate change management, thus enabling an organization to embrace a new IT solution. Competencies: Minimum 7 years of experience working with HR IT systems Master Degree in Information Technology or other relevant discipline SAP HR and Success Factor experience Proven ability to build relationship and influence at all organizational levels Strong negotiation –and communication skills Demonstrated proficiency of customer service awareness, service level agreements and issue resolution Solid project management, presentation, collaboration & team building skills are required with strong attention to detail and accuracy What we offer: Challenging tasks that contributes to both professional and personal growth and development The opportunity to be part of a company recognized by growth, innovation and development.
