For our Product Management (G2 platform) team in the Onshore Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) department, we are looking for an administrative support for approximately 9 months. PLM is the internal representative of the customer to bridge market needs with internal focus and establishes strong setup around platform ownership. Read more about the G2 platform here. We are looking for a detail oriented and self-driven individual who independently can contribute to the fast moving and entrepreneurial environment. What are my responsibilities? · Tracking and organizing technical project approvals for in PLM project database. · Support digital solution agreements between PLM and the technology department. · Supporting collection and assessment of input for yearly product release processes. · Support product planning and roadmap creation for G2 platform. · Support the coordination of product phase out decisions. · Ad hoc support for workshops and meetings. What do I need to qualify for this job? · An educational background within business administration combined with a couple of years administrative work experience. We are also interested in newly graduated candidates who are looking for their first career opportunity. · Experience from Siemens or the wind power industry in general is not mandatory but is considered an advantage. A “go-getter” and “out-of-the-box-thinking” mentality combined with a great deal of humbleness in approaching experts in the business. · Strong communications skills and fluency in English both oral and in writing.
