Description Would you like to use your payroll skills in an international environment and be responsible for executing payroll abroad? Are you a person who can keep deadlines and deliver high quality – payroll without errors? Are you able to work under time pressure and keep your head clear? Then you’re properly our new Payroll Administrator. HR, Payroll and Masterdata Payroll and Masterdata is a department within Vestas Wind Systems - HR Global Operations. The department is present in more countries in the northern part of Europe and have the full responsibility for executing Payroll in these countries. Responsibilities: Perform all necessary activities to process payroll Audit time sheets, enter time into payroll system and follow-up with any inconsistencies Process amendments as contracts, pensions, overtime and mileage allowance Entering new -or terminated employees into the payroll system and make changes to pay and tax status when applicable Approve, distribute and evaluate payroll journal and reports Be compliance internal and external Qualifications: 5 years of experience or more of processing payroll or other relevant experience working with HR or finance Competencies: SAP (or other payroll systems) and Excel knowledge (must know pivot tables, V-look ups etc.) Organized, proactive and team oriented. Experience in International payroll is a plus! Professional work ethic and strong data entry skills. Speak and write English.
