•Clinical Trial Management •Denmark - Søborg Do you want to assist a dynamic team that drives clinical trial activities in an international setting with the possibility to interact with many different nationalities? We are looking for a Clinical Trial Administrator to join us. About the department Inflammation & Growth Hormone is the newest therapeutic area in Novo Nordisk. In Clinical Operations, Inflammation & Growth Hormone, we are approx. 40 employees and we continue to grow as the pipeline matures. We are responsible for the planning and execution of clinical trial activities in Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Crohn’s Disease (CD), Ulcerative Colitis (UC) Systemic Lupus Erythematous (SLE) and Growth Hormone Deficiency disorders. The job As Clinical Trial Administrator you will be part of the trial team responsible for managing our global clinical trials. You will work closely with the International Trial Managers performing administrative tasks in a pro-active and independent manner. Your main responsibility will be to manage the administrative tasks; prepare and monitor the clinical trial budgets, establish and maintain the trial master file, take meeting minutes, help create presentations, coordinate website and newsletters and be involved in the preparation and conduct of internal and external meetings. With your structured approach and high quality mind-set you will establish and maintain the Trial Master Files in accordance with standard operational procedures and in close collaboration with the International Trial Managers. This also includes uploading, updating of information, indexing and QC of trial documents in our different Clinical IT systems as well as IT project tools. You will assist with preparation and updating the trial budgets. In addition you will support the trial team with ad hoc office tasks as required. Qualifications You have a Bachelor’s degree in natural science, business language or equivalent, with at least 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative position, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and speak and write English fluently. You have flair for using IT systems and you are highly skilled within MS Office, including Excel. Our ideal candidate has a structured approach to tasks, an analytical mind set with a sense for detail and a proactive behaviour.
