About the Department You will be part of Supply Chain integration, a team who employs 30 dedicated colleagues and is part of the Supply Chain Planning unit. The department’s main responsibilities are to integrate, harmonise and improve processes, systems and data within the supply chain areas; planning, purchasing (direct spend), warehousing and production. We support all Product Supply production in Novo Nordisk facilities globally and have key stakeholders through the entire Supply Chain. We are working in an international and customer oriented way to secure fast and reliable support to our customers. The position As a Supply Chain Consultant your key objective is to ensure that we are operating the planning and purchase processes in our systems in a harmonised manner and that the operation is aligned with other relevant supply chain system processes internally. You will participate in strategic Supply Chain projects and you will be contributing to designing, developing and implementing our future processes in SAP APO and ECC globally in the manufacturing organisation (Product Supply). Additionally, you will be responsible for one or more of our production sites by supporting their Supply Chain processes. You will work in close cooperation with specific areas in the Supply Chain ensuring the processes and systems are used in the most optimal way. To succeed in this position, change management will be a key, since you must be able to coordinate, align and communicate internally with stakeholders at different levels. It is also expected that you have the ability to develop your own expertise, explore various possibilities and structure your own work. As the processes you will work with, are global you should expect approximately 1-3 yearly business trips to our key stakeholders at the production sites. This position will give you a unique opportunity for gaining valuable experience with the Novo Nordisk supply chain. Qualifications We expect you to have a higher education (preferably Master’s Degree) within a relevant discipline e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or alike, with approximately 5-10 years of supply chain experience. Additionally, you have gained experience within SAP APO and ECC. As a person you have high energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic and international environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines. You have excellent process understanding, great analytical skills, a strategic mind-set and the ability to work independently and in a structured way. You are ambitious with a high level of drive, initiative, and persistency.
