Senior Project Manager, Business Finance Excellence

Senior Project Manager You will be part of the global Business Finance team with 65 Business Finance experts and ex-consultants offering business partnering to Novozymes management on a wide range of topics and projects with global responsibility for performance management, financial planning and forecasting. A CFO sponsored strategic initiative with global and cross functional reach is being initiated to bring further excellence to Business Finance and the team’s deliveries and partnering model. We are looking for an experienced and competent project manager to head up this project. You will be responsible for end to end project management for implementing an exciting pipeline of improvement initiatives including a service delivery model for the Business Finance organization supported by international team and in close collaboration with stakeholders from Business Finance and line of business. Optimization of service deliveries is part of project scope. Qualifications MSc in business administration, economics or similar +7 years of finance transformation consulting experience Proven track record from successfully leading transformation projects considerably improving efficiency and effectiveness in Business Finance operations preferably including process optimization, service management, reporting automation, offshoring, analytics, systems, organization and performance management A comprehensive analytical toolbox thus demonstrating an ability to understand and analyze complex problems Experience managing relationship and interactions with external consultants Basic knowledge of management accounting principles e.g. budgets/forecasting models, processes, methods and principles, performance management, management information systems Challenges The position provides great opportunities for making an impact, exposure to offshoring and finance transformation.
