Senior Business Development Mgr., Household Care Consumer, Bagsvaerd DK We are looking for an independent and ambitious Senior Business Development Manager to join the Household Care Consumer Team. In this role you will drive projects from idea generation to final stage of implementation while ensuring our solutions meet the customers’, market and competitive demands. You will own a number of pipeline and strategic projects incl. driving the commercial execution, ensuring the right value proposition, business case and go-to-market strategy while working closely with various stakeholders both within Novozymes and externally. Your key areas of responsibility will include owning and driving the innovation process for pipeline filling in Global Marketing. You will chair the Innovation Team and be responsible for ensuring that the right projects are suggested to top management. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, you will be key in ensuring that strategies and regions are aligned on strategic priorities and should see yourself as a connector from global to regions. Driving partnership projects from scouting to implementation of new solutions and lastly you will take the commercial lead on selected pipeline projects from scoping to implementation. You will be challenged by a high variety of tasks and by managing a high number of responsibilities simultaneously. One important aspect in being successful in this area is to work closely with R&D to sufficiently understand the technical details and translate them into commercial opportunities – a technical background is not needed. You will be working closely with other marketing teams and regions, managing many stakeholders and interests are key drivers of success in this position Capability and willingness to travel as needed (about 20%) The job will be based out of Denmark and on local employment terms. You will be reporting to the Head of Business Development Household Care, Consumer. In this position you need to have:•A business education (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) or a technical education (e.g. B.Sc. or M.Sc.) •6+ years of experience where you have proven your strong business acumen and business development skills •Project management skills which is a must, international experience is an advantage and so is experience from the Household Care or FMCG industry •Analytical and structured approach to problem solving, you are comfortable working both as part of a team and independently with responsibility for your own tasks. You can handle many tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and a positive attitude also in times of heavy workload •As the job entails working across HQ, regions and functions great organizational and communication skills are needed as well as a drive to create results •Enjoy working in cross-functional teams with many stakeholders. You have a high level of drive and are motivated by seeing the implementation and results of your work. •A highly independent in your working style. In this position you need to be very hands-on in order to execute and deliver on your own projects - but you also need to be able to think long-term in order to establish the future strategies and plans for growth. •Fluent spoken and written English is required.
