You will use your analytical skills to drive performance, execute projects and help the business meet their financial and strategic objectives. As Senior Finance Business partner you will join a dynamic team of finance business partners working closely together to support the business. You will be part of our day-to-day business partnering and controlling activities. Your main tasks will be to drive performance and improve financial transparency in the R&D organization and Global Supply Chain. You will also play an important role in developing and implementing new processes and tools. Your analytic skills will be challenged and your business mind-set will be sharpened. Your main tasks will be: • Provide strategic and financial decision support to the business • Drive financial forecasts and estimates • Business cases • Investment/CAPEX analysis/valuation including financial modeling. • Project leadership and execution • Follow-up on strategic initiatives • Develop processes and support to R&D and Supply Chain Leadership in both China and Denmark. Responsible for systems to improve reporting and transparency of various key elements in R&D and the Global Supply Chain. • Support Project managers on evaluation and development of business cases, project costs and drive improved behavior in project planning and execution • Drive and support implementation and development of global optimization and profitability projects • R&D project costing, time registration, std. costing, project budgets in SAP • Prepare KPIs and monthly standard cost prices, supply chain costs and freight reports, analyze these by follow-up on cost prices, and other key cost and value drivers • Work with Finance and Operations in China and interface with distribution partners to prepare inventory reports. Drive working capital improvements • Together with the management teams prepare monthly financial outlook for cost and cash flow. Your personal profile • You hold a relevant Master’s degree in Economics or Finance. • You are familiar with controlling of development projects and / or controlling of prices and costs within supply chain and logistic • You are a strategic thinker with great problem solving skills and a hands-on attitude • You have flair for working with Business Intelligence tools, strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint and SAP BW is an advantage • You are proactive and you have the drive and energy required to make a difference. You are persistent and have the ability to work independently. • You are result driven, and appreciate working on multiple tasks at a time • You have a desire for a fast-paced learning curve, and thrive on working independently in new areas • You have excellent communication skills. You enjoy working internationally and with different cultures and you have a strong proficiency in the English language, both in writing and orally. • You have strong analytical skills and a structured and systematic approach to your tasks.
