Would you like to contribute to the development of the next generation software for handling calculations of risks on derivatives? We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master. The position we offer As part of the Kronos team, your main responsibilities will be: • Service two sub teams within the Kronos team. Help them to create the most sustainable, flexible and profitable services. No limits. •Facilitating meetings •Take care of team dynamics. •Serve the Product Owner in several ways •Helping stakeholders to understand and enact collaborative and empirical product development •Learning and sharing about Agile •Help the team to improve metrics. Help the team to define the best metrics. •Lead continuous improvement for your team The Factory team is 8 people working on maintaining the currently running system, and works on heightening the quality of the products we supply. The Project team work on implementing new regulation with respect to the derivatives markets. This team is 7 people working several geographic locations. We are focused on developing our systems in a testable manner and the tests must be automated. The existing system is written in a mix of C++, C#, java and more. Thus, knowledge of these languages will be an advantage. The team works as an agile team and so, it would be an advantage if you have experience with one or more of the agile methods. The qualifications you need We imagine that the ideal candidate(s) come with: • Extensive experience as Scrum master •Great communication and coaching skills, a good story teller •Passionate about agile and lean ways of working •Passionate about team dynamics •Good understanding of the software development process •Really cares about people, know how to motivate people and help the team to be high performance •Challenge the team when needed •Ability to coach individuals and groups •Passionate about creating a great place to work for everyone around you Additional skills a plus not a must: • Experience as product owner •Experience as developer •You can show a track record of successful projects applying the Agile principles and values More information and send application For more information and details, please contact Lars Røboe Hartmann on +45 5547 1390.
