About the department MMASE Global Launch Office is a new function recently established in MMASE. We are responsible for strengthening our launch model, optimising cross-portfolio launch execution and simplify and standardise launch processes. We drive Launch Planning process in close collaboration with the Brand teams as well as affiliates. We have touch points with a multitude of internal stakeholders ranging from Brand teams, Product Supply, Insights & Forecasting, Medical and key affiliates. Last but not least we are responsible for several aspects of financial planning of the launch phases and monitor and track affiliate launch readiness in collaboration with the responsible Global Brand teams. The team is anchored centrally in the organisation and has direct reporting line to our Senior Vice President and the MMASE Management Team. The job As Global Project Manager, you will be engaged in a number of the tasks above. Your primary focus will be financial management of the Global funding allocated to support affiliates in launching new products. You will be responsible for supporting the financial planning processes for the Global Launch Pool, challenging submissions from our regions and affiliates, performing month-end closings, balance scorecard reporting and preparation of material to senior management. Furthermore, there will also be opportunities for you to support on other tasks within the Global Launch Office such as roll-out planning, launch management, launch tracking and project management. You will work cross-functionally with a wide array of functions including Global brand teams, Medical Affairs and Insights & Forecasting. You will also work with colleagues in affiliates & regions. Qualifications You hold a Masters degree in economics, management accounting, business administration or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. You have a broad understanding of the various financial disciplines, and familiarity with SAP is an advantage as well as proficient in excel. Above all, you have a passion for solving financial issues and demonstrate a continuous high level of responsibility regardless of the size and complexity of the task. You have strong analytical and communication skills and thrive on challenging the status quo in order to find new and better solutions. As a person you are ambitious, persistent and proactive and have a high focus on quality and structure. Being a positive and open-minded team player, you know that the greatest results are achieved in cooperation with other people. You will have a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation, and you must be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, be flexible, patient and good at interacting with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
