A vacancy has arisen in Novo Nordisk’s Danish and Norwegian affiliate for a strong and experienced Senior Business Controller reporting to the Business Support Director. About the department The job is located in Novo Nordisk Danish affiliate located in Ørestaden. As Senior Business Controller you will be part of a team of five dedicated colleagues within logistics, analysis and project management. The job In this role, you will be expected to deliver high quality financial planning, reporting and analysis to the management team and other relevant stakeholders both within the affiliate and the broader Novo Nordisk finance organisation. You will be the anchor person and drive the budgeting processes within the department and prepare presentations supporting management in taking decisions and prioritizing. You will be responsible for ensuring transparent cost planning including accruals. Furthermore you will act as a business partner to the management team by challenging the business performance, generating new ideas and sharing better practices. Qualifications You have an MSc in Economics, Finance or similar supplemented with at least 5 years financial and controlling experience. You have outstanding analytical and coordinating skills combined with a strong excel expertise and a structured result oriented approach to your task. You are a valued business partner and you take pride in delivering high quality on time. You are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages (written and spoken) and have full proficiency in English. Skills within Microsoft Excel and Power Point are a requirement and experience with SAP and SAP BW is an advantage. On a personal level you are pro-active, high performing, business minded and interested to initiate and drive projects that will positively impact our business.
