Help us meet the requirements for quality and structure. About the department Prefilled Components ManDev is a department with 19 inspiring colleagues. We secure the standards and specifications for process development of components, injection moulding and decoration. We collaborate across organisational boundaries, which include Device R&D, DMS, DFP, Biopharm and several manufacturing sites, e.g. in Europe, Brazil and the USA. The job The most important part of this new position will be to take responsibility in establishing and anchoring Quality Frame Specifications for raw materials and components in close collaboration with the specialists in the department. This includes the actual writing of documents ensuring alignment with internal as well as external stakeholders. Other tasks will include preparation of Change Requests, support to the department’s project portfolio with respect to documentation such as protocols and reports. Qualifications It is a requirement that you have a relevant technical background (e.g. Bachelor degree or similar), preferably with experience in GxP. The all-important and indispensable prerequisite is that you have the right mind-set; are service minded and take pride in solving tasks with a high level of dedication and quality. Besides, it is important that you have technical flair and knowledge of Novo Nordisk A/S internal systems such as novoDOCS and novoGloW. You are an advanced user of SOP7. You thrive in a hectic environment and maintain focus even when priorities change, and you are able to achieve goals within the given frames. The diversity of tasks requires a very structured proactive approach and ability to take on individual responsibility. Lastly, you are able to establish a good relationship to a diverse range of stakeholders across organisational areas, have a good sense of humour, proficiency in spoken and written English and good communication skills.
