About the department For our Corporate Development IT area we are looking for a Student Assistant. You will join a team of 10 ambitious, supportive and hardworking colleagues in an organisation which values good team spirit. You will work across departments within Corporate Development IT, in an international and professional working environment that strives for excellence and provides an opportunity to learn about many of the different IT initiatives taking place across the organisation. Corporate Development IT is part of Corporate IT in Novo Nordisk A/S, which employs approx. 300 highly skilled IT professionals. Our unit consists of four departments that are responsible for systems, projects, architecture, client services and infrastructure across the global organisation in Novo Nordisk A/S. The job You will amongst other tasks be responsible for supporting activities around maintaining and developing the content on our internal websites, budget monitoring, supporting and coordinating department specific events and internal deliverables, and a number of ad hoc tasks and special projects depending on your skills and interests. We expect you to be working approximately 16 hours pr. week, corresponding to two full days. Qualifications The ideal candidate is studying a relevant bachelors or master’s degree within business administration or information technology and has approximately 2 years left of studies. You have obtained excellent results during your studies, have strong communication skills and possess a flair for IT systems and projects. You must be fluent in written and oral English, able to work structured and independently, and poses drive, engagement and creativity. If you can also hold on to your good sense of humour at all times, you are the kind of person we are looking for. You will be reporting to the department manager of IT Architecture and be exposed to a number of key stakeholders throughout the organisation.
