Internally we require a higher degree of process and data model standardisation, data harmonisation and high master data quality across the organisation. Carlsberg is adopting standardisation strategies to archive transparency and synergies both globally and cross functionally. In order to succeed with this, Carlsberg has established a Global Design Department (GD). With the mission to define and drive the implementation of Carlsberg “Best Practise” within master data, business processes and reporting across the main functional areas and across business entities. The first step is successfully implemented in Western Europe, and Carlsberg is now ready to take the next steps with the global design organisation. We offer an exciting and developing positionin an international environment where you will be working with colleagues from across the Globe. You will be working as a Business Process Manager, focusing on driving the standardization of the customer/vendor Master data models and governance processes in close operation with your colleagues in the Global design team, local market organisations, and central functions Position in brief Together with Business Process Experts, you will ask the right questions and show understanding of the business needs, as well as ensuring compliance to standards and policies You will act as key liaison with the GD teams and the local business experts in regards to the MDM area on strategic, tactical and operational level. You will be responsible for: •Design, and standardisation of Customer/Vendor data models •Design, and standardisation of Customer/Vendor governance processes •Drive expert communities within MDM and ensure close corporation across markets •Business Requirement Detailing, Change Requests Preparation & Recommendation •Provide guidance to the business experts within the MDM area internally in Global Design team as well as the business experts in the local markets •Country Support of Process adherence, Way of working and incident management •Update and maintain requirement log, documentation and process flows •Providing business guidance during test, train and deployment of Process and Applications. Competencies You come with a FMCG background preferable at a Manager Level. You have experience working internally in a large organisation or working externally as a consultant assisting larger organisations From your previous work you have 5+ years of experience with MDM, and have competences within the following areas •In depth knowledge of Customer/vendor data modelling •High level knowledge of business processes and integration to master data within sales/logistic/finance and procurement •Experience in working with data governance processes and tools •SAP knowledge at an business expert level Personal qualifications: As a person you are outgoing, thorough and quality minded. You are deadline-conscious and proactive in order to achieve.
